Memoir / founder origin

Still Here

A published memoir about survival, late autism diagnosis, trauma, pattern recognition, and becoming visible to yourself.

  • About the author: Colton Belanger is building Project Equilibrium from lived experience, creative work, and the need for structures that can hold neurodivergent and trauma-affected homes.
  • Synopsis: Still Here follows the path from childhood survival to late diagnosis, self-understanding, and the decision to build something useful from the systems the mind created to survive.

Collaborator view

The work is scoped before people join.

Studios uses clear matrices, capped teams, accepted-task records, and written agreements before contributor work begins.

Production matrix

Every project gets a clear point map.

Novels, picture books, comics, animations, and small games each use a 1,000-point matrix. Larger projects can be split into gated phases.

What counts

Creation, production, and marketing all count.

Writing, art, editing, formatting, design, programming, testing, launch work, marketing, production support, and maintenance are treated as real project labour.

Revenue flow

Transparent costs first. Then the split.

The current working model is 85% contributor task pool and 15% aligned branch funding-reserves pool after approved project costs and written agreements.

Collaborator boundary

Scoped projects, not open chaos.

Contributor pathways open around specific tasks, written terms, project fit, and capacity.
